Backer Ninja provides crowdfunding promotion support for campaigns and pre-launch projects. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and service-related payments are handled unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Backer Ninja may work on a commission-only or performance-based model for selected campaigns. When no upfront service fee is charged, there is generally no service payment to refund. Any commission, success fee, or performance fee will be handled according to the written agreement or confirmed campaign arrangement between Backer Ninja and the client.
If a separate paid service, deposit, setup fee, or campaign package is agreed in writing, refund eligibility will depend on the work already completed, resources committed, and third-party costs incurred.
Costs paid to third-party platforms, media partners, advertising platforms, creators, payment processors, software tools, or other outside providers are generally non-refundable once committed or charged by the third party.
Crowdfunding promotion involves market conditions, product appeal, campaign page quality, pricing, audience fit, timing, platform behavior, and other factors outside our control. Backer Ninja does not guarantee funding results, backer volume, media placement, or specific conversion outcomes unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
You may request to cancel a planned service before work begins. Once campaign review, outreach, media coordination, email preparation, or other execution work has started, cancellation terms will be assessed based on the stage of work and commitments already made.
To request a refund review, contact us at contact@backerninja.com with your project name, payment details if applicable, the service involved, and a clear explanation of your request. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
